AOPC-APOC Montréal
The Association of Postal Officers of Canada is a bargaining unit accredited by the Canadian Industrial Relations Board to represent employees who oversee mail processing and delivery, the Business Sales team, and employees who supervise the transportation of mail across Canada.

We currently have about 3,900 members grouped into 27 branches across Canada. York is the largest in number, and Prince Edward Island is the smallest.
A.P.O.C. is a union that advocates for a modern approach to labor relations.
We support alternative dispute resolution methods and interest-based negotiations as opposed to traditional adversarial methods.
Our mission is to establish an open and constructive dialogue to promote continuous improvement and create a forward-thinking environment based on trust and mutual respect.
